You all do a fantastic job and we are ever so grateful that our son has his place with you . We are always impressed at the amount of volunteers you have to help our children each ride. Thank you all so much for the time and effort you put into our children to make sure that each ride they get is a positive experience. We think it’s important that we acknowledge all the hours, planning and behind the scenes work that you all do to make it work as well as you do. So thank you .

I just wanted to say a huge thankyou to all involved for giving Kye a taster he has had an absolute blast and will miss you all immensely. Please keep him on the waiting list as in the future I think this will continue to assist him with his development. And just a massive thankyou for the continued support with my son and daughter, I honestly can't thankyou all enough for the work you have done with them, my son has now been discharged from starfish, they started work with him for severe anxiety. I spoke to his teacher last night and she said he is a different boy to the one she taught last year and I truly believe that is due to riding with yourselves he has matured so much over the last year. In such a short space we can already see improvements.

We have always been amazed and impressed by the care you all have for the children; the infinite amount of patience you all show; the time you give as volunteers - the world is definitely a much better place with all of you in it to help our children achieve things. A very BIG thank you from all of us to all of you. We will certainly miss seeing you every week - we will miss the horses too.

Harry has enjoyed his time with the RDA and benefited in so many ways, including confidence, focus and balance. I can’t think of a time he hasn’t enjoyed riding and I’m sure he will enjoy the fun day at Kings Lynn and his last rides of the term. I can’t thank you and all the volunteers enough, to see Harry thrive and happy and build lovely relationships, we will miss you all too. Thank you for this opportunity, it’s right another child should now benefit. Please pass our thanks to all the volunteers from Harry, me and all the family.

We had realised that Felix was coming to the end of his riding time, or "up-down" as he puts it. We will always be grateful for what it has given him. It has helped strengthen his weaknesses due to his mild cerebral palsy but most of all has helped with his learning difficulties. It takes him a long time to learn new things and my word you have all had endless patience. It goes without saying that he has enjoyed the social side of things and his confidence has grown.

Jez comes with staff from Bure Park Academy. Jez loves being with the other adult volunteers and enjoys riding. Jez really engages well with all the ponies and helpers.

Lily’s balance is far better since she started RDA! She is more upright, aware of her limbs and can control her movements much better. When Lily started, she was very wobbly and clumsy, now she can ride well and has a much better more upright seating position. RDA has helped not only with Lily’s balance but also her confidence. Her attention span has improved, and she looks forward to her ride. When starting RDA Lily was very “all over the place” now she is much more aware of her surroundings and enjoys concentrating on the instructions to give her pony.

Ibbie has grown so much in confidence since she started riding with RDA. She was always nervous around animals. It has also helped her with improving her core stability. The group has a consistently supportive team which enables an experience we would never have achieved without their support. I have found the RDA to be a great support to me as a Mum as well as my child. It’s a real community spirited team that welcomes everyone with smiles and kindness.
